iSyncr - Mac Device Failed To Load
If you are seeing a device failed to load message when attempting to use iSyncr on a Mac, you've come to the right place.
- Use the USB cable that came with the device
- Make sure the device is not locked and the screen is visible - confirm that the screen timeout setting is either disabled or has a large amount of time (5 min)
- Make sure the device is in MTP or File Transfer mode on Android 6.0 and later. Do this in the notification drop down on your Android device.
- Quit or uninstall Android File Transfer
- Try rebooting the device
- Try making a USB Debugging connection
- Make sure Samsung Kies is properly uninstalled
